On tap: The aroma consists of chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, and faint fruit. It’s a dark brown with no transparency and a small tan head. The flavor starts with chocolate and some roastiness, light cinnamon, and a hint of ginger. The finish has some light fruitiness and allspice. Medium bodied with lively and at times prickly carbonation.
