Dec 12, 2007 On tap: The aroma is very citrusy along with some faint spice. It’s a slightly hazy golden-orange with a small white head that fades quickly and leaves the liquid looking still. The flavor starts very citrusy with a definite sorghum presence that makes me think of baby aspirin. The finish has some faint pumpkin and spice. I just can’t get past that sorghum flavor in gluten free beers.
