cask: dull and hazy golden yellow with white head. Decent lacing. This was the lincoln lager refermented with belgian yeast in hopes of getting some sour beer characteristics. Aroma very muted sweet wheatiness. Flavor much the same, will agree with Pailhead in that it’s very similiar to a standard american wheat. Even has the overly sweetness to it. Props for the idea, just didn’t turn out great.

Cask: Hazy orangish-yellow with a large white head with great retention. Sweet aroma with light hints of yeast and Euro-lager. Lightly sweet up front with hints of yeast and pear in the middle. Euro-lager sweetness in the finish with light grassy bitterness. Almost comes across like an American Wheat.
