COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style dubbel ale. Complex, with flavors of raisins, honey, and spice. Sort of the Belgian version of a bock beer. Still very easy to drink. ABV= 6.5% IBU’s= 25

on tap at the brewery. this was a surprise to me and a good one. dark in color with a nice fruit flavored overtone and the warmer it got in the glass the better the taste. raisins and caramel were the first two flavors that came to me. this would be one beer i would drink again.

On tap: The aroma consists of moderate raisin, caramel, and faint grape. It’s a hazy brownish-orange with a minimal beige head. After a few minutes, it almost looks still. The flavor starts with raisin, dark fruits, and light caramel. The finish has notes of apple with some faint bitterness.
