"Ed" was a mild ale style released in July 2010. It was 16 IBUís of First Gold hops and it was 3.25% ABV. It was made with Golden Promise, Crystal, Chocolate, and Brown malts. It was a very traditional English Mild type flavor, with notes of chocolate, toffee, and nuts.

This draft brew in a growler from the brewery and sampled at the RateBeer Summer Gathering 2010 poured a small sized head of frothy bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent copper brown colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was musty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of semi-sweet nice brown ale and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
