Tap: brilliant copper, nice off-white head. Great lacing. Nice malt character up front, caramel and toffee, little subdues but there. Citrus and grass background. Again, caramel and toffee dominate the flavor, just enough hop presence to clean the palate. Amazingly clean brew, very easy drink.

On tap: Aroma is a tad light with some fruit, caramel, and a hint of grass. Bright transparent copper with a moderate off-white head that has very good retention and good lacing. Starts moderately sweet with caramel, brown sugar, and a hint of fruit. A touch of citrus in the background. Light grassy finish with a hint of pepper.
