11-30-06 dark copper/amber, decent head, frothy, highly carbonated, decent lacing. Aroma is full of fruit, orange and grapefruit dominate. Slight yeasty phenolic character. Juicyfruit gum and residuel malt sweetness dominate flavor. decent overall.

Cask: Aroma is very sweet and citrusy with orange, apricpt, and light grapefruit. Transparent amber with a small off-white head that leaves behind great lacing. Lots of orange and apricot up front. There is definitely a Belgian fruitiness in the background with hints of banana and bubble gum that is really different for an IIPA. Finishes with a light grapefruit hoppiness.
