COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with 40% rye, and fermented with yeast from a brewery in Germany that produces weizens. Slightly tart, lightly fruity, and maybe even a bit spicy. Definitely refreshing! ABV= 5.8% IBU’s= 14

Pours a straw yellow with thick white head. Aroma of wheat, spices, and slight malt. Flavor had surprisingly little wheat flavor and focused more on the malt and had a saison-ish tartness. Different. very drinkable and refreshing.
