Cask: dark murky reddish/amber with no head. Closing your eyes smells just like gin. Aroma is a combination of juniper and very harsh pine. Sweet malt up front in the flavor, with the juniper coming through in the middle and finish. As it warms turns to all juniper. although the flavor was decent, aroma leads you to believe it would be much stronger. No carbonation whatsoever, but doesn’t really subtratct from the beer at all.

Cask: Pretty big citrus alcohol aroma. It was brewed using gin. I don’t have much experience with gin, but I’m told that is what I’m smelling. Hazy orangish-amber with no head whatsoever. Very fruity up front, somewhat fruit punch-like. Moderate citrus presence in the finish with a hint of tartness and light alcohol. Pretty good, but the lack of carbonation really hurts.
