COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A cream stout style named after the large family farm that once stood right here. Made with milk sugar and a variety of malts to give it a creamy, full body and a luscious chocolate flavor. Milk stout, it does a body good!

On tap 1-9-11. Black, brown head, tiny carb bubbles. Big milk chocolate character up front, hints of roast, clean. Flavor is on par, light hop character, again really clean. Perfect creamy smooth body and mouthfeel. Well done.

Nice full bodied stout... was served too cold so we sipped slowly in order to let the flavors really come out. Rich black color, light head, some sweetness but not too much. Good balance and a great choice while at Fort Street.

In short: A basic sweet and fruity stout. Nothing special.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: black body with a short lived beige head
In long: Sweet and syrupy beer with a low roastiness level for the style. Main flavours were dark fruits with a overall dessert sensation like a figs/dates cake or something. Light chocolate and even lighter coffee touch. Medium body and medium carbonation. A beer that has all the charm of the neighbourhood where it is brewed.

Pailhead (3449) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - FEB 12, 2008
On tap: The aroma consists of chocolate, cream, and roastiness. It’s a dark brown with no transparency and a small beige head. The flavor starts with a moderate dose of chocolate. There’s some light sweet creaminess in the middle. The finish has a well balanced roastiness with light coffee notes. Medium-full bodied with mild carbonation and a creamy texture.
