Ed-Brown reddish edges, decent off white head. Toast/cereal up front, light crystal like sweetness, really clean malt bill. Flavor much the same. Clean, cracker, toast, light caramel/crystal, light hopping, just enough to cleanse palate. Big viscous mouthfeel. Very easy drink. Well done.

Out of the growler shared in Ft. Wayne by thedm and hotstuff. Reddish amber color with a roasted grain nose. This is a great session beer. Full flavored with roasted grains, some smoke, and caramel sweetness. At 3.2% this is a surprisingly full flavored beer. We need more beers like this.

Growler at a tasting in Fort Wayne under the name Fort Street Ed. It’s definitely a mild ale. ABV is 3.25%. Pours medium brown with a small head. It has a very light caramel malt aroma. The flavor is straight forward toasted caramel malt and the light body is kind of watery.

On tap: Moderately fruity aroma with light toffee. Dark amber with little transparency (but that could be due to lighting). Small off-white head. Very fruity (grape) with hints of toffee. Finishes lightly bitter. A nice session beer.
