On tap: The aroma is mostly sweet and tart cherry. It’s a hazy brownish-orange with a small off-white head. The flavor starts with a s quick dose of sweet cherry and a hint of caramel. In the finish the sweet cherry quickly turns to tart cherry with some light sour apple and some faint woody bitterness.
