A Bohemian-style pilsner made with the finest German malt and Czechoslovokian hops. Sweet maltiness underneath a spicy hop flavor. A true classic.

Old notes 4-5-07. Dark golden/copper, minimal head, nice lacing. plenty of grass/herbal hops up front, nice malt backbone to balance. Flavor on par, herbal/grassy up front, toast/cereal grain through the middle, finishes with nice bitterness, cleanses palate. Highly sessionable.

On tap: Big grassy hop aroma with smoe Euro-lager sweetness. It’s a transparent gold with a small white head with good lacing. The flavor starts with moderate Euro-lager sweetness with a touch of fruit and honey. The finish has lots of grassy hoppiness. A very good pilsner.
