Hazy-dirty yellow, small head, comes back with a quick swirl. Aroma has tons of fruity esters, sour lemon and tart apple dominate. I picked up alot of floral through the middle and faint pepper near the end. Flavor pretty much on par. Although pepper seems to come through more, could be some rye spiciness as well. I prefer a little more carbonation in saison, so mouthfeel takes a little hit, otherwise very solid, highly sessionable.

On tap: The aroma consists of apple, banana, yeast, pepper, spice, and light floral notes. It’s hazy yellow with a small white head. The flavor starts with banana and light yeatiness. the finish has light apple, lemon tartness, pepper, and faint floral bitterness. Light bodied with soft carbonation. I wish this had been a bigger batch. I could drink a lot of this.
