Styles (2014) - Lincoln Park, USA - JUL 16, 2007
Cask: 3.16.06. Amost black with tan head. Aroma slightly muted until it warms. Really nice sweet chocolate and raspberry nose, light roasted grain in the background. Flavor dominated by chocolate, raspberry very subtle. Roasty through the middle, finishes with another kick of malty sweetness. Smooth/creamy mouthfeel.

Pailhead (3449) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - MAR 18, 2006
Cask: Big chocolate raspberry aroma. More raspberry than chocolate. Dark brown with no transparency and a small tan head. Lots of chocolate up front with light hints of roastiness. Finishes with a nice chocolate raspberry finish. Light grapefruit hoppiness in the finish as well. Just the right amount of raspberry. Much better than the only other raspberry Imperial Stout that I’ve had (Weyebacher).
