MGBF 07. Murky, pale body with a small, white head. The aroma is some funk, light horse, cheese, lactic acid, lemon and very grainy malts. The flavor is lightly sour, watery, grainy, slight oxidized with some lactic acids. Medium/light body is thin and watery with light carbonation. I applaud the effort, but the results just weren’t there.

On tap: The aroma has a realy funky grassy (like day old grass clippings) sourness with a hint of spice. Its a cloudy dull orangish-yellow with a small soapy white head. The flavor has moderate lemony sourness up front. The finish had strong notes of the day old grass clippings with some faint apple and cinnamon in the finish. Very strange.

MiBGF 07: Cloudy golden hue with a fizzy short head. The aroma has notes of funk and cheese, sour apple, floral and other aromatics with an earthy vapour. The taste is not equal to the nose. The sourness seemed muted behind a biscuity malt. There was some light funk on the finish. The mouth feel was watery and light. Fell flat but kudos for the attempt anyway.
