cask: piston pale with mugwort. sampled side by side with the regular piston pale. Cask has turned more grapefruit bitter like than the regular, opposed to the sweet fruity taste of the regular. Can’t really pick out the mugwort as a seperate aroma or flavor, pretty good regardless.

I also had a regular Piston Pale Ale along with this one I liked this one a little better. Color was good aroma was citrus strong hops but not offense the head was small but expected by a cask conditon

Cask: Citrusy aroma with orange and grapefruit. Pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Orange is the dominant flavor up front with a nice grapefruit hop finish. Did a sample of the regular Piston Pale Ale side by side. Not as sweet or fruity as the regular Piston. More haze and smaller head. Tends to lean more on the hoppy side as opposed to the fruitier Piston Pale Ale. Slighty smoother palate. Slightly different than the regular, but I like it just the same.
