Tap. Hazy orangish, film for head. Plenty of sour mash/vinegar up front, faint mustiness. Flavor is lip puckering sour, nice vinegar character, semi-dry in the finish. Agree with pailhead, a definate flemish sour quality to this. Very nice brew.

On tap: Big sour apple aroma with hints of vinegar and yeast. It’s a hazy golden-orange with a minimal white head. The flavor starts with a huge sour/tart apple kick. It finishes with moderate acidity and adds some faint sweet vinegary notes that give it a Flemish Sour character. The more it warms, the more the Flemish Sour character takes over. Light-medium bodied with mild carbonation. Very well done.
