COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A highly hopped stout with 90% wheat and 10% barley, plus bitter orange peel. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Roasty and dry, with a pleasant hint of orange.

On tap: The aroma consists chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and light pine. It’s a dark brown with some orange highlights and a small beige head that leaves behind minimal spotty lacing. The flavor starts chocolate and faint vanilla. The finish has moderate roasted coffee,burnt notes, and a good dose of piney hops. It’s medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
