Tap 3-29-07. Dark mahogany, average off white head. Huge fruit esters up front. Banana, fig, prune, faint toffee. Flavor much the same. Huge overripe banana, banana bread, up front. Chocolate malt sweetness through the middle. Light clove in the finish. Well attenuated. Very well done.

On tap: The aroma has lots of banana, apple, raisin, carmamel, and a hint of alcohol. It’s a dark brown with some orange hilights and a small off-white head. The flavor starts with a very nice combination of banana, bubble gum, and chocolate. The finish has a hint of raisin and alcohol. Medium bodied with a mild carbonation.
