11-30-06 Clear amber, no head. Aroma has decent bubblegum character but muddled after that. Flavor again dominated by bubblegum, phenolic yeastiness and green apples. Thins at times.

On tap: Aroma is a strong combination of apples and bubblegum. Transparent orange with a minimal white head. It almost looks still sitting in the glass. The flavor contains lots of bubblegum, light yeastiness, and hints of apple. The finish has a light spiciness with a touch of rye and grassy bitterness. The mouthfeel is a tad thin with minimal carbonation.
