Old notes 4-5-07. Cloudy yellow, thick white head. Big wheat yeasty character, nice spice, faint bubblegum. Bubblegum comes through more in flavor, but dig it. Hints of cardamom and cinnamon. Nicely done.

On tap: Big banana aroma with lots of spice (mostly cinnamon and clove). It’s a cloudy dull orangish-yellow with a small white head. The flavor has lots of banana and bubblegum up front with light citrusy notes in the middle. The finish is lightly spicey with cinnamon, a touch of clove, pepper, and slight lemony tartness. Another very good witbier from Doug.
