Dark brown colour with a thin tan head. Roasted malty bready aroma. Sweet malty slightly roasted flavor, with some hints of caramel. Metallic finish. Not a bad brew but nothing special either.

Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. ark brown with beige head. Taste of sweet cauliflower. I am not fond of cauliflower so maybe I gave this beer a too low rating?

Aug 10, 2008 Bottle (50 cl), thanks rickgordon. Dark brown, medium beige head. Stale malt aroma with some compost and roasted coffee. Too sweet.

Appearance: Brown with light mahogany , dark ruby light ,tanned medium head. 3+.
Nose Light roast , brown sugar, slight woody accents, aromatic hops.
Flavor/Palate : Mineral ,metallic front with medium light body. Slight smoky dryness with more of metallic charcter at finish. Light lighter Swartz beers but with lesser substance.
