COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This bottom-fermented beer, fermented at low temperatures in traditional open vats. As with many beers, dark, long-aged. The recipe comes caramelized malt, roasted in a brewery Miłosław and natural honey. The aroma of this beer is a combination of sweet honey and roasted dark malts, well in balance on the palate. The taste is accompanied by a properly chosen hop bitterness. "Honey," works as a companion intense in flavor meat dishes and yourself as a liquid dessert. Although this is not a beer to drink every day, suitable for any occasion. Few beers is so universal. Alcoholic strength by volume: 5.6%

Dark brown, foamy offwhite head. Aroma is honey, ripe fruits. Taste is too sweet, only and only honey. The more you go on with the drinking, the more it gets sickly.

Bottle. Aroma of caramel and floral honey. Sweet but not cloying, with a surprisingly strong bitterness for a Polish honey beer. Unpleasantly astringent, some roasty notes in the finish. Rather dry body. Confusing beer, not really pleasant.

Bottle, 5.6%. Distinct wax and honey aroma, flowery with a touch of sweet urine. Dark brown colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is quite sweet, roasted with a slightly rough bitterness. Marzipan finish. Not bad - for a Polish honey beer :/

bottle from Wine of Dreams Warszawa. Deep brown colour, nearly black, small beige head, leaving leaving lacework.Aroma of dark, roasted malts and honey. Malty start with honey, hoppy punch in the finish, bitter and aromatic. Smooth and velvety palate. Well-balanced, a delicious beer, anytime again.

On tap at the premiere, Piwoteka Narodowa. Very light honey beer, aroma of slight hop and vague graininess plus big honey smell. Moderately sweet, has a grainy feel beyond that, light-palated, frothy head, nice looking.
