2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
660ml Bottle. Bought because it was on offer. Pours a medium white head over a light golden body. Aroma is lager malts and a slight citrus hint. Tastes like a standard mass produced lager with a sweet fizzy finish. Unremarkable mass produced standard lager. Nowt wrong with it but nothing to go crazy over either.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Thin, sweet, lightly carbonated. Nice colour. Smells like an empty sweetcorn tin. Very Very bland, but ok to drink Ice cold in a big 20-pack. Quaffable swill I think is the right expression, cheap too. Virtually no hop flavour at all, like corona, miller, sweet golden lagers in clear bottles, meant to be drunk from the bottle. Lager for people who don’t like lager, or for people like me who can drink a hell of a lot in one sitting and need a constant supply of faintly beery tasting liquid.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2015 This doesn?t have the same distinctive taste of the regular Foster?s, but I prefer it. A decent after work grab out the fridge beer but it won?t win any prizes. Perhaps a little sweet.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A decent standard lager. The aroma is faint hops and cooked vegetable with a dark yellow appearance. The taste is typical for the style - easy drinking and refreshing with a hint of caramel. The mouth feel is thicker than the standard Fosters but not as carbonated and the taste is also slightly improved. Overall nothing bad about this but certainly not exceptional.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2013 Bottle. Pale yellow colour, faint aroma, okay taste for a lager, was refreshing and better than regular Fosters if there’s a choice between the two.

From 660ml bottle. A pleasant surprise! Caramel flavour which gives way to a refreshing, smooth lager. If you’re looking for a an easy drinking lager with more taste than your average lagers, this could be the one for you.

As with most lagers, if it is cold it’s drinkable. Slightly better than its original, but nothing to shout about.

Got 2 600ml bottles for 2 pound in home bargains. Thought it was a steal, but i know now why they are so cheap. Sickly sweet fizzy tastleless lager. Ripper off ripper (in an Aussie accent)

Bottles usually seem really flat with little bubbles, on the other hand it’s easy on the stomach and not too fizzy
