1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 scotty (959) - SCOTLAND - MAY 15, 2013
Bottled version. Pale gold with a thickish big bubbled white head. Stale aroma, someone mentioned cardboard, it’s there! Medium bodied with a hint of malt and some citrus hops in there somewhere. Had worse, thats about the best I can say, maybe with a BBQ on a hot day.....dont think I’ll buy again.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 TyggaBrown (255) - NORWAY - APR 20, 2013
On tap. Sparkly, but that feeling goes away too quickly. A bit rounder than many other pale lagers, but in general too much influenced by the characteristics of industrial beers.

330ml bottle - it was a bottle, I was on a football bus, it was lager. What more do I need to offer. Rank.
1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 iammadeofjelly (191) - Liverpool, Merseyside, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2012
Thin, sweet, lightly carbonated. Nice colour. Smells like an empty sweetcorn tin. Very Very bland, but ok to drink Ice cold in a big 20-pack. Quaffable swill I think is the right expression, cheap too. Virtually no hop flavour at all, like corona, miller, sweet golden lagers in clear bottles, meant to be drunk from the bottle. Lager for people who don’t like lager, or for people like me who can drink a hell of a lot in one sitting and need a constant supply of faintly beery tasting liquid.
2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 SilkTork (4898) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, WALES - NOV 19, 2012
300ml clear glass bottle. Yellowish appearance. Warm, damp straw aroma. Soapy, lemony flavour. Little hop bitterness or aroma - saccharine bitterness. Soft, almost creamy/soapy carbonation, but still unsettles the stomach and creates wind. Grainy, cereal notes. There’s little to commend this. But it is drinkable.
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 sm89walt (1587) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2012
300ml bottle. A clear, pale gold colour with a fine ring of loose white foam on the pour. An all-round grain, corn and sweet pale malt profile. Very little bitter presence finishing soft & sweet. Crisp, soft to medium carbonation, light in body & refreshing on the palate but relatively characterless.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 Leighton (6955) - London, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle at home in London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a small, white foam head. Some lightly sugary pale malts in the nose, subtle dough, straw. Light sweet flavor, mellow straw bitterness, a bit more light dough malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp, clean finish with a very restrained character overall, just nips of dry straw and faint, white sugar and dough. Quite a nice little pale lager, this. Exactly what I want after a strenuous gym session.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Gary (1132) - Rochester, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2012
(Bottled) This shit is ok "ice cold swill ".... sometimes I wanna drop the pretense ,note pad and goblet and slum it . Corona is my swill of choice but the fact that this isn’t as sweet as normal Fosters ,with a long bitter dryness , makes this ok ....like once a month only.....
