"A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability."

Still swill, but probably one of the best of the swills. I never really mind drinking Fosters, especially from an Oil Can. I’d rather cook with it than drink it, but if someone offered me one, I don’t think I’d turn it down. It’s not bad for chain restaurant beer, or if nothing else available.

Golden colored, clear, weak white head, nice lacing. Aroma is malty some grain, bit of corn and a bit metallic. Taste is malt, grains, some corn, maybe a bit of metal, low to bitterness. Low bodied, medium+ carbonation. There are worse macrolagers out there...

Millones vendidas en el mundo. Espumosa y clara. Se desvanece en muy poco tiempo. Ligero y mediocre aroma a malta. Escaso cuerpo, simple sabor. Pobre

If nothing else it has a distinctive taste. Shame that taste is pretty damn awful. 2/10.

Pours a light yellow, with fizzy carbonation. Tastes like a stereotypical adjunct lager

Can. Pale yellow with small frothy white head, doughy aroma, jigh carbonation, slighyly tangy malt taste, medium finish. The generic lager.

Boa cerveja, mas que não tem nada demais. É uma cerveja bem comum. Tomei em Londres. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks to Jonno for this one. Cardboard, grass, alcohol, hone, and melon on the nose. Flavor is sweet cardboard, honey, and corn. Yuck.

Basically the Aussie Budweiser, Coors, or Miller. Aroma is dry grains, cereal. Taste is bland American adjunct beer with low hop bitterness, whether in their ’oil can’, bottle, or on tap. If you like typical American adjunct beers then this is just another one. If you want Australian beer seek out Victoria , Coopers, John Boag’s, Toohey’s. All of them are much, much better brews.
