"A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability."

330ml bottle, brewed by Alken Maes in Belgium, poured into Leffe Chalice. Golden colour, small head which disappeared fairly quickly, clear, looked a bit flat. Aroma was syrup with some yeast. Tasted corn and syrup. Slight bitterness in the finish. Sticky texture, fairly thick body, carbonation gave it a coarse edge. Was disappointed by this because Alken-Maes brew some passable beers, would honestly prefer to drink the kegged, brewed in GB version.

Somewhat watery lager. And I thought that it lost even more in the taste when served chilled. Quite boring, and nowadays I rather go with Karjala from my local store even though you get Foster for 1€ as well.

Bottle - Clear pale yellow colour, small white head. weak malty aromas with some sweetish corn and some weak hops. Taste is quite blank, and a bit too sweetish. Light body, average carbonation, watery mouthfeel and dry finish. Not recommended.

Token bad beer, not much else to say. Worse than every mass produced american lager, by quite a bit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

En tynd omgang the (eller řl), har lidt smag af humle, men ellers ikke noget der smager af andet end "festival-řl".

Pours a clear golden color with medium white head. Sweet aroma and taste, corny, grainy and slightly malty and grassy. Refreshing.

Sample draft at Bar Fénis in Fénis, Italy (7 V 2016) - I think it was a 25cl glass. Golden yellow ale with a white collar. Perfect commercialised lager with some sweet touches and bitter features. The malts are round and are on par with the hops. Really refreshing, being a not too watery quencher. Fine pale lager for sure.

25-ounce can in a pilsner glass. A little higher ABV than most typical mass-produced lagers. A little better than Bud-Miller-Coors, but just barely. Can taste the alcohol in it.

On a plane. Malty aroma. Typical mass produced lager. Rather clean. Looks quite good though. Golden color, clear, nice head for this kind of beer. A bit of nice-looking lacing. No taste, no bitterness, a bit sweet. Watery, not very pleasant. Don’t really like it.
