COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Filtered and pasteurised. Available with added carbon dioxide in keg, can and bottled formats. First brewed in 1887.
Available in Britain as Export.
"A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability."

Today I have needed a light cold simple beer. And YES it was found. Not by a finding but by a chance. Golden lager without foam. More malts than hops. Light & even drinkable in such a specific situation. Simple beer, thanks for that after 16 days of no beer. Can@AbuDhabi Airport

Bottle. Poured a clear bubbly pale yellow color with no head. Taste of grain, corn, and caramel malts. High carbonation, thin body. Just another boring pale lager

March 2011. Bottle. Aroma is grassy and malty. Pale yellow color with a white head. Flavors are malt, hay and some hope. Watery beer.

This beer tastes like sawdust and cardboard, even at very cold temperatures...... Disappointing.

bottle
Blond color, slight foam.
The aroma is very slight with notes of malt.
flavor is slightly malty and ending on a very slight bitterness.
Light-bodied with a slight touch of alcohol, the poor and watery bitter finish.
Typical mega-industrial beer... trashy.

Bottle. Strange sour malt aroma -- it must be roo funk. Clear gold with a small, quickly dissipating white head. Sweet and sour malt flavor. Light watery body, moderate carbonation.

På fat. Smakar både uppfriskande och rätt gott, med lime, gräs och en örtighet. Maltsötman ligger bra i munnen. En standardlager, men helt okey.

Jaune pale avec très peu de mousse. L’arome de blé/paille. Le goût est de malt avec très peu d’houblon. Il est maigre. Pour une bière légèr de haute production c’est pas pire, clairement pas offensive! Juste, bien, pas bonne.

tap @ Prince of Wales.

As far as cheap beer goes, this is one of my favorites. Some good flavor and leaps and bounds ahead of a coors light or bud light. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

How in the world have I missed rating a foster’s this beer is your typical big beer company brew with not a lot of flavor, but the huge oil can is a good deal for your buck if you want to get trashed!
