Filtered and pasteurised. Available with added carbon dioxide in keg, can and bottled formats. First brewed in 1887.
Available in Britain as Export.
"A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability."

Bottled, Brewed in Canada. I remember this as a beer that gave me a nasty headache the next morning. Not any more. An at least unoffensive odor. Taste is just a bit more malty than in a normal American beer. And I catch a bit of hop in the aftertaste. Had I not found much more interesting brewpub lagers, I might have rated this higher, but now I know better: there's so much more out there, and this is so much less.

Just refreshing lager. Good to watch the Mad Max Trilogy and the upcoming Fury Road. Also, to listen to Men at Work! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden with good lacing. Aroma is cardboard and some sweet grain. Over average hop bite in the end. Overall: Not to bad.

Poured pour of the oil can. Crisp tan looking lager color. Has a skunky sweet taste at first. Points for the nostalgic can and gimmick

Cerveza de color amarillo dorado. Sin apenas aroma, sabor suave y sin dejar regusto. Es como tomar un refresco con alcohol.

A uninteresting lager. Itís golden, has medium carboantion and it has a clear white foam head. Faint malt and hop aroma and taste, odd sourness. Rather tasteless, itís not fithy, itís just nothing at all.

Australian swill. Smells off and soury. Tastes off and skunky(not sure how as itís in a can) and overall is just bad. But it comes in a large can!

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2014 Almost flavorless, watery beverage, yet sweet and with a bit of body. Drink cold, or it tastes as if filtered through dirty laundry. Poured from beginner shooting target.

Just an average lager. Pours out golden color. Little to no head. weak grainy smell. taste like desperation and disappointment.

Much-hyped Australian standard lager, not necessarily always brewed in Australia, apparently. Pale golden with thin, snow white foam, bland and thin taste, neutral, but fortunately still some grassy hop bitterishness in the finish - though not enough to save this experience of utter boredom.

With my dinner at outback steak house. Standard light lager with a little sweetness and a touch of no me hop bite at the end. Like an angel crying on your toungue
