1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 rickgordon (3815) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 20, 2011
Draught in Vecsés. Clear pale golden colour, poor head. Cooked maize and honey pastilles in aroma along with lots of butterscotch and hints of citrusy hops. Almost lifeless in body, there is a little Co2 though, and lacking in maltiness. Green bitterness from hops, a bitterness that lingers and feels herbal. Lactic undertone as well. Pretty dry beer and light bodied. It’s sad to think about how this beer was treated.
