33cl. Brune trouble, qcq bulles à la surface, note moka. Arôme de fruits noirs, épice de saison, malt grillé et levure de sous-bois, mousse. Bière très agréable avec un alcool bien placé pour ce type de bière. Côté malté, biscuité et caramel, léger café, massepain et fruits noirs. Garde une belle douceur rappelant, cannelle, girofle et cardamone. Le tout reste moyennement épicé sur la fin avec toujours une note malt grillé doux.
