Bottle 33 cl, Fleurs du Malt. Pours clear darker amber with a great off white head leaving lots of lace. Aroma is very malty, sweet, dark fresh bread, chocolate, coffee and fruits. Flavor is watery, not at all what I was expecting from the aroma. Maltyu, sweet a bit fruity and bitter with some breadyness. Has a bit nasty phenolic touch as well. Finishes bitter sweet and malty.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Nutty aroma, some brown sugar. Solid body, a little roast, nuts and brown sugar. Slightly roasty bitterish finish with a tart touch. Nothing like a Tripel, more sort om an Imperial Brown Ale. But nice alright. 090212
