Huge in every sence of the word. Caramelly, sweet with some massive hops. Bourbon is obvious in the finish. Long burning bitterness.

Tap @ CBC, 2013. Pours ruby copper with a white head. Slick and vinous. Fuit, caramel and biting alcohol.

Draft. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, caramel, malt, citrus fruits, and alcohol.

Draught at CBC 2013. Copper/orange beer with a small beige head. Nutty aroma, caramel, grassy, fruity, some hay, toffee notes. Caramel flavor, hay, sweetish, raisins, alcohol, floral notes, brown sugar. A bit too sweet.

Pours clear mahogany color with a small head. Aroma of ripe fruits, caramel malts, some toffee notes and nuts, mild hops too. Flavor of caramel malts, nuts, some resin, faint sugar and ripe fruits. A tad too sweet and boozy but otherwise nice slow beer.

Pours dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of bready malts, some wood, oak and vanilla. Taste is sweetish with syrupy notes, warming alcohol, loads of malts, wood and oak notes. Finish is sweet and malty with some alcohol burning through and notes of syrup, wood and oaky notes. Quite complex and sweetish but still balanced and tasty.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours a golden copper colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of alcohol, caramel malts, grassy hops and wood. Flavour of caramel malts, grass, licorice root and wooden notes. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a warming alcohol finish. A rather massive beer.

Nose is caramel, caramellized fruit, sugars. Taste is caramel, honey, tropical fruits. Very drinkable despite the high abv.
