Light golden color. Bottle at obx. Aroma is awesome with fresh blast of floral hops. Lighter head. Medium bitterness. Medium light body. These guys just know how to make good beer. Just a nice fresh floral hop session.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Wow. I didn’t expect to like this one as much as I did. My free-association mind immediately jumped to Pliny the Elder when I smelled this beer. Lots of hoppy pine and herbal flavors. Very smooth and balanced; clearly has less to weigh you down compared with an imperial/double IPA. Lots of flavor. Sometimes you want the great taste without the weight and alcohol. This is it.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a mid hazey light copper color with a finger head that dissipates quickly... aromas are crisp and floral with cirusy hop notes and touches of pale malts. On teh palate it is a solid session IPA with great flavors that balance to a very drinkable clean finish. RIpe hop flavors gently balanced by light malty notes and a subtle bitterness in the finish. Almost like a hoppy pilsner... MMMMMM.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured into a tulip. Sort of a nice light orange amber with a white foam. Dissipates very quickly to a small ring with a little lacing. The smell is a wonderful hoppy citrus with a bit of spruce. Taste is light, clean and fresh citrusy hops with a mildly bitter finish. Light mouthfeel with good carbonation. Overall great session IPA. I could easily see myself going through quite a few of these.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle to pint (from notes). Looks fine; a light copper color with white lacing.. Smells and tastes hoppy with an average mouthfeel. Not bad, but normal IPAs are session beers to me, so I don’t really have the same appreciation for it.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a light copper-gold with a medium-sized white head. Powerful aroma with plenty of citrus and grassy hops. The taste if much less strong than the smell, less hoppy too.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Fresh bottle poured into a Duvel tulip. Pours a clear orange amber with a thin, off white head and lots of carbonation bubbles. Little lacing. Aroma is bright citrus. Grapefruit, oranges, mango, pineapple, and fresh cut lawn. There’s a slight toffee smell as well. Taste is grapefruit, tangerine, and caramel. Thin mouthfeel and easily drinkable. Not bad.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear medium light gold, some head, quickly diminishing.
One month from bottling, strong fresh pungent hop aroma floral spicey dank.
Taste is clean citrus floral hoppy spice,wet,light-light med bodied, some toast, slight light carmel then a bit overbittered and a little harsh for a session ale.But clean pretty tastey and easy drinking otherwise.
