3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pretty much tastes like really fresh, dry-hopped bud light. I don’t really mean that as a dig, either....it’s crisp, clean, goes down easy. There’s a lot of hop aroma, and not much hop palate; nor is there any body to it at all. I get the idea, and it’s a good one, just needs a little more.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Pours with a nice three finger head, but it goes down pretty quickly. What’s left behind is a thin, white layer of foam. Patchy lacing. Beer’s a very slightly hazy sunset yellow/orange color.
Smell: Holy hops. This beer isn’t shy about it either. Heavy hop aromas, with a largely predominant grapefruity smell.
Taste/feel: Straight away, I found with Ale la Reverend by Short’s that I’m not a huge fan of these "Light IPAs" as I refer to them. This has an extremely piney, resinous, and hoppy flavor with very little to no malts to be traced -- surprisingly decent. For the style, this is the best session IPA I’ve had. However, I’d rather have a full-on IPA.
Too long/didn’t read: This would make for a pretty average IPA, but it makes for an above average session IPA.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Big ups to my man slovak for hooking me up with this as an extra in a trade. Pours nice and golden with a chunk of frothy head. Nice aroma, bits of grapefruit and citrus goodness. Well balanced, smooth up front, with a bit of sweetness and then a nice hoppy finish. well done.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle pours pale yellow, frothy white head with good retention. Nose of citrus and malt. Taste is balanced with a ton of late addition hops o give the blast of hop flavor. Finish is clean and a light body. This is a great APA. Yes, APA it is as it’s not sexy to call it all day APA.... Rating adjusted as such.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap and pretty fresh at the Mexican Food Factory. Aroma of underripe grapefruit, citrus peel, and a hint of Christmas pine. Pours clear amber with a nice creamy head. Taste is wonderfully hoppy with a good complexity of grapefruit citrus and slight resin. Mouthfeel is very light so it is easy to take down a pint of this in no time. Truly a masterful IPA. Went through two more pints after trying.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Drought. Tasted on 20 March 2013. Rich yellow color, beige foamy big head, hops aroma, balanced bittersweet hoppy taste with a hint of lavender aroma, low carbonation, long lavender finish (sounded like John D.MacDonald :)

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle poured into tulip glass. Appearance is golden with an orange tint and very little head. Aroma is lovely citrus (grapefruit and tangerine) scent. Taste, however, is less citrus and more pine. The pine is actually a little overwhelming. Not a bad taste, but a bit disappointing after the wonderful aroma.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
From a 12 oz bottle shared with Ryan. Pours a hazy dark gold with an off white head. Aroma of citrus and strawberry. Somewhat grassy and thin, but still flavorful with lots of hop character. Bitter finish.
