I'm giving this a 4 because it's the best session ipa I've had yet. The hop profile is perfect to satisfy hopheads and you can enjoy a good amount without getting hammered. This beer is memorable and perfect for the hot days ahead of us. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On bottle from Meny Vollbekk. Golden color & good foam. Aromas of hops, tropical fruits, grapefuit, citrus, good fruitiness. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness & balance. Very enjoyable

Hey man, this is good stuff! Founders scores with this light-er IPA. 12oz bottle. Golden pour, clear, laces OK, aight head. So easy to drink it’s stupid. Get one, son.

Golden pour with a small white head. Aromas of cirrus peel and pine. Flavor is malty upfront with some hopping so coming through in the finish. Not bad but it’s very toned down.

ClubGonzo (4756) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 8, 2014
Bottle from Matkroken Landås, Bergen. Pours a slightly hazy golden body with a medium, fast-disappearing white head. Nose is peaches, grapefruit, grass, herbs, melon and hints of bready malts and horseradish. Taste is melon, peaches, grassy herbs, mild pine and hints of grapefruit and citric peel. Light body, medium carbonation. Quite nice, and I suspect a fresher bottle would be even nicer.

Hazy gold in a glass. Thin white head. Light aroma and taste. Reminds me of my dad’s beers. Would go down well on a hot day. Nothing special but a solid beer and something I would choose over the mass produced.

12oz can from a 15-pack (camping beer!). The description says that this is the beer I have been waiting for and it is correct. I hardly think I am alone in wishing for a flavorful IPA with half the alcohol of their full-powered cousins. Summer is about having adventures and not about being passed out in the hammock from one-too-many beers. This one is a bright and clear orange color with a thin white head. Aroma is juicy and bitter hops. The flavors are clean, refreshing, bitter, and plentiful. This is a uncompromised beer. I wonder how low the alcohol can go before I start to feel cheated?
