4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This jewel was sent to me by Stryzone. Thanks Dave for another great beer. Poured an apricot color with a big bubbled fizzy head head that settled quickly and left light lacing. Nose is grapefruit Light to medium in body with a bitter on the back of the tongue mouthfeel. Flavor is lots of citrus and some pine on a nice caramel malt base. Well balanced. The finish is flavorful and bitter. This is really easy drinking. Great beer.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Moderate roasted and caramel for the malt, moderate to heavy grapefruit and grapefruit peel for the hops, light dough and soap for the yeast, with a hint of date. Head is small, frothy off-white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy medium amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then the fairly long finish is lightly acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a lively carbonation. Damn, what an awesome hop presence in this IPA. I could drink this...."All Day"!

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very drinkable - fruity hops and a slight bitterness in the finish. Not to heavy as expected for a session beer.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
It’s a clear gold with a thin medium white head. The aroma is a strong hops with a very light hint of citrus. It’s a surprisingly light to medium bitter with a touch of sweet. The palate, also surprisingly, is light to medium with a slightly sticky texture. This is an interesting IPA. It’s not a spectacular IPA, but it’s unique in that it is well suited for the the summer. Odd for an IPA in my opinion.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a cloudy true golden color with a white head. Aroma is of hops (obviously), grapefruit, pine, bark, grass, and grain. Not too carbonated on the palate. Flavors include just about everything in the nose. There seems to be a little more malt present in the taste than in the smell, but that’s to be expected with the low alcohol percentage. Leaves a dry hoppy finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
355 ml bottle.
Pours hazy golden-orange color with a medium sized head. Aroma of hops, floral notes, exotic fruits, grass and some juice. Flavor of mandarin, mild hop notes, faint caramel, goose berries and citric fruits. Somewhat watery palate but it doesn’t disturb a bit, a very nice session ipa indeed.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Good Spirits, Glasgow. Pours gold with plenty of fizz, and a tight, foamy, off-white head. Pine, citrus and sweet malts aroma. Flavour had solid cereal malts, a touch of mandarin and apricot, before a moderately bitter finish with hint of white pepper. Good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tan with orange tinges, pretty clear, good head and lace.
Aroma is very nice, plenty hoppy and inviting, more than you’d expect from anything with "session" in the name. Same goes for the taste, it’s plenty IPA-like, while being superbly drinkable, even almost summertime lawnmower drinkable. "Refreshing" isn’t an IPA type of term very often, but this time it just about fits.

Pours clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, citrus, hay, some stingy notes, hints of resin and crisp malts. Taste is grassy, lemony and citrusy with notes of crisp maltiness, hay and resinous notes. Finish is bitter, lemony and fruity with some malty notes. Quite tasty session IPA.
