Bottle. Orange, slight hazy. Nice hoppy aroma. Citrus orange hops, caramels. Medium light body. Dry, bitter. Good piney finish. Really nice lighter US IPA.

Bottle. Pours golden with white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and grapefruit. Crisp and dry with tropical fruit, grapefruit and a bit of pine. Really nice balance. This was a big hit at a family gathering, even amoung those that don’t typically like IPA’s.

12oz bottle pours an orangish Amber color with a medium white head that leaves light lacing. Smells of pine, citrus, tropical and caramel. Tastes of all the same things in the smell. Mouthfeel is light and chewy with great carbonation. This is the best session ipa I’ve had. Still hoppy and full of flavor with a lower abv that makes it nice for sporting events and other activities.

Bon, je vais finir par l’archiver celle-là. En provenance d’une de ces merveilleuse caisse de 12-can. Belle floralité au nez, corps juteux et adéquatement carbonaté, amertume responsable et buvabilité irresponsable.

As a backup option I went with a beer that I have had a few times but never actually rated. An excellent session beer is one of the best examples that bigger does not always equal better. A fresh bottle of this should be a staple in any Midwestern fringe.

Aroma / Appearance - The soft fluid mouthfeel sticks in the throat with a pleasant bitterness. The gentle hop foundation builds so that it does not immediately disappear after each sip. A malty appearance emerges after a while as well. I could easily drink a couple of these without the palate wearing down.

Bottle. Deep golden color, frothy white head. Appealing hoppy aroma. Smooth, aromatic mineral hop flavor. Lingering, bitter finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice.

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2014 holy hops! Tropical fruits with a blend of some tiny hints of zest in the nose. Falls a bit flat on the tongue but still extremely fruity and hoppy. Session ale this is!

Turboninja (130) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 15, 2013
Semi strong aroma with sweet caramel and floral flavors. Yellow color with a hint of orange. Clear liquid with white medium head. Taste has almost everything that this kind of IPA should have: Straight, simple and only a bit of fruity aromas. Narrow taste spectrum and medium aftertaste. Very hoppy. Too light body, medium carbonation.
