3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a nice, clear golden with a typical head. Aromas of pine and citrus balanced bitter hops. We’ll named and well made.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2014 Very good and sessionable IPA. The hop character is there without being intimidating. I had this out of the bottle several times, but tried it yesterday at the brewery. I got a pitcher and sat outside in the cold michigan air. The beer was fantastic and well balanced. It made me forget that there was no indoor seating and I was out in the freezing cold.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden with a persistent foamy small head. Nose is wonderfully earthy piney with a load of caramelly grapefruit and a touch of floral resin. Basically smells like a hop farm. The flavor is malt forward with a lot of semi-bitter caramel, some floral hop flavor, a touch of resin, and some soft semi-sweet grapefruit-like tones. Wonderful balance of bitterness and sweetness.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color is straw with a light orange hue. Good clarity. Head fades quickly. Excellent aroma of citrus, apple, grapefruit, and mango. The aroma is the best feature of this beer. Taste is of pine, grapefruit, mango, and apple. I find very little malt notes some malt sweetness and bread flavors are present. It really lacks mouth feel and is very thin. It has a soda water feel on the palate. It leaves a slightly oily/soapy finish on the tongue. Overall, its ok. Definitely, would be better with some crystal or another malt to increase the mouthfeel and provide some sweetness.

Slightly hazy orange color, decent white head. Piney hoppyness in the nose. Light-bodied, quite fruity, almost bubblegummy flavor with piney hoppyness. Session IPA.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Great drink, but a weak IPA. Works well with food and conversation. Not likely to hurt the next day. Drank out if a can, but was still a great mix of IPA. A comfort beer for those who love a good beer.

Bottle at KGB. Pours a bit hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma holds sweet tropical fruits with floral and pine notes as well, a touch of malt. Taste is sweet resin and medium bitter, finish is mid-dry pine bitterness. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Very nice session beer.

Perfect for what it is, a session ale with great flavor with a low abv bite. Has a nice floral and pine aroma, and a crisp taste with a nice finish. Overall a good beer that serves a purpose.
