Tap at Woodshed pours a clear light copper orange color. Very light head. Aroma is very hoppy! Dank, citrus, resin, sap, nice! Flavor is also very dank, citrus hops, resiny and pine needles. Very tasty! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; bright clear amber pour with bubbly white head, pine aroma, pineapple taste with well balanced sweet malts, caramel, very crisp tasting helped along by the decent carbonation, they got the name right on this very easy drinking.

Pours a little cloudy, yellow with a thin head and no retention. No lace, a little yeast floating on top. It doesn’t look like much. The nose is big. Crisp with citrus, spice, tangerine, hay , floral and a even a little lemon. Good pine and resin. There’s a touch pale malt and only a very little bread. Some caramel sweetness as it opens up. Catty as it warms. Taste is really terrific for a very light beer. This has a low abv but it smells and tastes like a big beer. Citrus and floral. The hops pronounce the drink delicious and and stay with it all the way through. There is a just a little grain and bread and a decent bitterness. Some yeast and sour grapefruit. Body is a little thin and has brisk carbonation.Slightly bitter and slightly dry in the finish. This is a good session beer just like it promises. Low in alcohol so you can drink it all day and low in calories too. Has plenty of flavor and was satisfying.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and lingering grapefruity. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter and dry hoppy. Smooth fruity and bitter finish.

From bottle. Dark gold pour with minimal white head that doesn’t hang around. No lacing. Big grassy nose with some bright fruit in the background. Aggressive up front, giving way to a bit of resin and a very clean finish. A lot going on in this one. This pretty much matches the commercial description. Don’t be deterred by the low ABV; this is a very tasty beer.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2014 Bottle from Appellation Wines, Dalry. Pours a clear yellow with nice white head. Good carbonation. Lots of tropical fruit aromas, plus something nicely vegetal. More fruit flavours when tasted, and a very long bitter finish. I’d say too bitter for a session beer, a bit one-dimensional, but it’s a good dimension!

All day ipa, exactly that. Smell of pure pine and grapefruit, light copper pour with white head. Nice clean hop taste of pine and citrus. Good stuff again from founders.

355ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours golden with a cloudy orange tinge. The bubbles are steady and the head is quite proportional and attractive. The nose is grapefruit and orange. The taste is grapefruit with a green tomato stalk or nettles thing on the finish. I think the carbonation on this is the maximum that I’d prefer. Overall, a good American pale ale possibly on the limit of bitterness for my preference.

Bottle. Pours a thin head, orange body, quite a clean, grapefruity aroma, sweet light hop taste with a very dry finish; quite an easy going session beer; does what it says on the tin. Not bad!
