Pours a hazy amber color with a thin head. Good carbonation and balance - very little alcohol taste discernible. The hops lens a strong grapefruit citrus taste that is bitter but pleasing. This is followed by just enough sweetness to balance this beer. Very drinkable - this will be a regular for me. ---Rated by Sschliv via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft @ The Barley Pub. Nose is predominant citrus/ grapefruit hops with a light pine in there as well. Flavor is really amazing for a lower ABV! Every type of hop flavor can be found here; pine, herbal and citrusy hop with cereal grains. Light to medium bodied, with ample carbonation. This beer is balanced well with malt. The bitterness is only slightly lingering. This IPA delivers what it’s advertised to be; in a big way! Light session IPA with big flavor. Another top notch brew from Founders.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2013 Pours golden yellow with light amount of white head. Light herbal hoppy aroma with some pale malts coming in. Smooth very easy drinking with just enough sweetness to carry the herbal fruity hop character. Light on all accounts, goes down crazy easy. Really a decent job for a light ipa style but just isn’t going to hit the spot the way a full ipa can.

23oz draft (The Town)-Pours a slightly orangish amber with a small head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of big pineappel and bitterness. This is not too bad just too much citrus.

On tap. Pours a golden orange color with very small amount of head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, and pine. Taste had a toasty caramel presence with sweet citrus and bitter piney hops.

Draft at Eulogy. Pint glass. Poured a hazy amber with a large white head that settled to a foam ring. Good balanced mix of hops. Fuller body than expected. Flavors are clear and pronounced but not overpowering. Solid and smooth for such a low ABV.

12oz bottle pours a clear orange with some lacing white head. Nose of bright citrus, fresh grapefruit, lemon zest, muddled lime, garlic, scallion, pine, grass. Flavor is well balanced, crisp malt, grass, scallion, garlic scales, ramps, light pine, lemon. Crisp, refreshing finish. Super drinkable.

Bottle. Nose is just intense grapefruit -- juice, rind, and pith -- with a bit of a catty/papery undertones. Just super attractive. Clear orange-golden with an off-white head. Taste is very dry, ctiric and juicy. Crisp with light-medium bitterness. Fullish body with no sign of alcohol and a short bready finish before some of the citrus returns. Many, they nailed the descriptor, this is super repeatable and one of the first mass American beers marketed as a session that actually falls below the 5% barrier. You never disappoint me, Founders.
