3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Pours a golden orange color with very small amount of head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, and pine. Taste had a toasty caramel presence with sweet citrus and bitter piney hops.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Eulogy. Pint glass. Poured a hazy amber with a large white head that settled to a foam ring. Good balanced mix of hops. Fuller body than expected. Flavors are clear and pronounced but not overpowering. Solid and smooth for such a low ABV.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle pours a clear orange with some lacing white head. Nose of bright citrus, fresh grapefruit, lemon zest, muddled lime, garlic, scallion, pine, grass. Flavor is well balanced, crisp malt, grass, scallion, garlic scales, ramps, light pine, lemon. Crisp, refreshing finish. Super drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Nose is just intense grapefruit -- juice, rind, and pith -- with a bit of a catty/papery undertones. Just super attractive. Clear orange-golden with an off-white head. Taste is very dry, ctiric and juicy. Crisp with light-medium bitterness. Fullish body with no sign of alcohol and a short bready finish before some of the citrus returns. Many, they nailed the descriptor, this is super repeatable and one of the first mass American beers marketed as a session that actually falls below the 5% barrier. You never disappoint me, Founders.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Light crisp beer with a nice citrus aroma and flavor. Brings a lot of hop character to the table in a balanced low abv beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not bad. Nice citrus nose. Gold color with white cap of foam. Taste lil disappointing. Not much malt backbone, grapefruit rine bitterness, dry finish with lingering bitterness. Nice abv to enjoy more but find myself looking for a different brew.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(bottle) Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head that retains well and leaves some lacing. Aroma is very interesting and I get quite a lot out of it just on a couple sniffs. Prominent scents include fresh grass clippings, cracked black pepper, kumquat zest, and perhaps some papaya. Flavor holds an herbal tone like sage, and it reminds me a bit like stuffing. Some faint celery is in here too. A slight streak of orange and grapefruit also fly in near the finish before transitioning quickly to a significant grassy and bitter tea-like finish. Mouthfeel is light and carbonation is correct. Overall not a bad beer, and it really grew on me the more I drank it.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden pour; delicate white head & lace. Fresh hop aroma gives a glimmer of hope as juicy Citra hops excite my senses. Unfortunately, the beer is watery with only traces of flavor -- sharply in contrast with the nose. I'm a big fan of Founders, but Zombie Dust has forever spoiled me on low-ABV hops.
