Bottle from ck1, thanks bro! Pours golden yellow-orange with a white head; quite clear, some fine carbonation. Aroma has citrus fruit, an earthy wood and some resin. Taste brings sweet fruit, sticky oranges and some citrus, with resin. A bit dank. The finsh disappears to nothing quickly - bittersweet while there. Really would have liked to mix this into our Pale Ale tasting to compare as I see this sessionable very much as an APA. Taste is nice, it is very drinkable and would love to have "all day".

Pours an expected clear orange with medium white head, decent lacing. Aroma is hops and hops. Very nice aroma, but not complex. Flavor is severely disappointing with only herbal and citrus hops. No balance to make a nice brew. I guess thatís what they have to do to keep the ABV down.

My new regular beer. Such a smooth IPA with plenty of flavor for such a low ABV. You donít get palate fatigue with this.

Golden pour with a thin white head. Citrus hoppiness mixed with biscuit and caramel malt. Balanced taste - lighter citrus fruit pine, caramel and slightly bready. Carbonation is right for the style. A session ale it claims to be and a session ale it is.

Bottle sampled in a tulip, this ale had a clear gold pour with a little honey color and a bit of red-orange, there was a very faint haze, the pour made a less than one finger head of white bubbles that receded to a open cover and ring, effervescence appears to be less than medium with a center stream of slow moving bubbles and a few other bubbles elsewhere, this beer left spots and fingers on the sides of the glass, there was no sediment layer but there was a little bit of particles/sediment in the last few drops in the bottle, this beer had aroma of guava and lemon citrus hops, some pine to at first and the pine grows a bit as the glass warms, toasted malt, light flavor of toasted malt, citrus and pine hops (not as big on the tongue as on the nose), light hop bitterness after the finish, and hops provided some dryness on the tongue, it had a light mouth feel, this beer has a nice nose but was light on flavors and on the palate, I can see why this could be drank all day.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2012 Pours a light slightly cloudy yellow with a thinnish head. Nose is hoppy, quite. Mouth is hoppy, but incomplete. A bit sour, light in abv but also enjoyable slightly. Similar feelings about this on tap at Curragh in Skokie.

Low IBU. Very drinkable. Tons of citrus hop flavor and aroma. I would drink this all day for sure.

Dark gold pour with smaller head and little retention. Nose mostly of citrus and hops. Taste follows. Decent sessionable IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle brought down by Barb and Edwin from Andersons in Toledo. Gold pour with thin off-white. Aroma is herbal hops and soft tropical fruit. Tastes are herbal, bready, light metallic, pine, grass and citrus. Leaves a light but long bitter aftertaste. Suits itís name - definitely sessionable.

real good aroma - not quite as overwhelming and sinus clearing like the hop slam, but a good alternative. real citrus smell, goes down smooth and very refreshing feel. citrus, golden, clear, medium sweetness, light body, slick feel, average carbonation,
