4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Sampled at CBC 2013. Clear golden color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, moderate to heavy hoppy, lightly grapefruit and tropical fruits but mainly bitter hops. Nice flavor though and combined with the reasonably low ABV I’d say this is a very nice beer.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle... Pours mostly clear and amber with orange highlights and a mid-sized, off-white head. Decent retention. The nose is bursting-at-the-seams with earthy and musky hops - leather, soil, cat pee. Light-bodied and astringent with lively carbonation. The flavor is all about heavy, citrusy, rindy bitterness. Crisp, raspy, Sahara-dry finish. Bitter just for the sake of bitterness. Nope. Not for me.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
"All Day IPA". 12 oz bottle. Bottled on 12/26/11.
It pours a light, clear orangeish amber with a foamy white head that quickly dissipates with no lacing.
The smell is pretty good. There is a lot more grain than your typical IPA, but it is pleasant. There is a tangy fruitiness as well in the aroma.
The flavor is decent. Definitely more malt-oriented. It tastes like pretzel and grain with a touch of pine in the aftertaste but it is by no means bitter. Grapefruit comes in as you go.
I am confused why this is an IPA, more of a standard pale ale.
