3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Founders. Poured into a tall almost pilsner style glass. Golden amber color with zero real head poured. Good aroma of hops but not really citrus or piney but almost fruity type hop aroma. Fairly hop forward but pretty light. Like the hops. The back end falls apart a little for me. Lighter mouthfeel. Not bad overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Byron. Quite amber colour, very fizzy. Quite hoppy, pine and grapefruit. Brief finish. Body is a bit thin and sweet. Itís fine, tastes nice enough, itís an average American style pale ale. Too much alcohol, too fizzy, too thin and one dimensional to be a good session beer though.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle from Sicilianoís in Grand Rapids, MI. Aroma is fantastic; floral hops, citrus hops, and more hops! Taste is quite mild, no hint of malt, but quite hop-filled. Clear a too-light-pale, and a little on the flat side. All around an extremely drinkable IPA (hence the "Session Ale" label on the bottle).

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Strong aroma of citrus and pine hops with some caramel malts. Flavor is strong of the pine and citrus hops with a decent blend of caramel malts. Pretty good bitter finish as well.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
0,355L bottle, BB 18.04.2015. Pours dark golden with off-white head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is fruity, citrus, grass, malt, passion fruit. Flavor is citrus, grapefruit, malt, biscuits. Finish is dry grapefruit bitter. Body is rather thin. Overall: itís almost a great beer, but something is missing. I would also prefer more body.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Loving the trend of lower-abv, or hoppier pale ales, or whatever you want to call them. It all reads: more hop flavor and aroma in a more drinkable package. Mine has a fruity-citrus nose and a sharp bitterness, medium body and a little sticky. Iím not sure I quite got a handle on this one but will look for more.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 0.355l. Hazy amber orange color with medium frothy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, lychee, pine, herbs and caramel malt. Taste starts with light sweet malt, follows by refreshing fruity acidity with heavy bitter finish and long aftertaste. Medium to full body, dry texture and average carbonation in palate. Great after work pleasure...
