Tropical fruit, pine, & lime zest on nose; full hop bitterness, subtle malt, with spicy white pepper & fresh green grass finish; light bodied with full flavour! Very enjoyable!

Hoppy floral and fruity aroma, I felt strong tropical fruit, particularly papaya. Which was lovely. The taste is grassy and hoppy with a light finish. Medium body. Nice beer, I would like it with a bit less hops.

Very floral in taste. Very strong spices. I have had a lot better IPA's but this one was definitely unique

Some light citrus on the nose, pours with a finger and a half head. DIes down to half a finger, nice lacing on the glass. Has a nice light mouthfeel, the hops push through nicely in the middle, it finishes super dry. This feels like I need it in cans on the boat in the summer. A hot day this would be a great friend.

I donít get the concept of a session IPA- thatís just a pale ale right? I think this is better described as a session pale ale. That said this beer is fantastic! A great pale ale! I really appreciate a great beer that is balanced and not super high alcohol or hops- just the right amount for a good beer. And I like the low alcohol, can have an extra one of these. Great flavor here.

Smell is very good and balanced as is this beer, for the most part. I felt that the malt did not come through completely to balance the beer to the level I am used to from this brewery. Head remained very constant and lacing was excellent. I enjoyed the citrus elements of the beer. This fells short of their Centennial IPA, but still a wonderful IPA.

As I was driving my Jeep Wagoneer down the country road with my canoe on the top...Oh..haha thats the lable. Ok...I drank this beer at work while reading up on my favorite sports teams and I came to the realization that I was drinking something that tasted exactly like Flying Dog Underdog. Same Pine taste, same pine smell but in a different bottle. Its a good beer and I will drink another one Im sure. Not sure if i want to drink it all day but a few before some stronger beers would be nice. Remember if you are planning on paddling a canoe then get a six pack of Founders All Day IPA.

12oz can poured into a pint glass. Donít pour it too aggressively, this one will go over on you. Once you get it right its color is a light orange, amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is piny and citrusy, sweet and inviting. Upon sip the bitterness gets you, but is not invasive, sessionable for sure with just the right amount of tart sweetness and hop floral beauty to keep you tilting the glass. Try it, youíll like it. Cheers to Founders!
