Very drinkable - fruity hops and a slight bitterness in the finish. Not to heavy as expected for a session beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma - Centennial hops and crystal malt Appearance - body is yellow; liquid is clear with some nucleation; head is about 1 1/2" and white ~ head settles into a foam Taste - is a light to medium hop; with a crystal cara malt body. Very pleasing well balanced. Palate - body is light; texture is thin; the carbonation is average; the finish has a nice bitterness, but not crushing by any means. It’s medium in length. It truly is a session IPA Founders never ceases to amaze, just another great brew!

12oz can into a glass. Pours a medium pale yellow/orange sunshine, looks gorgeous. Head is small, thin and leaves light lacing. Aroma is superb with frontal hops, grapefruit as the primary citrus, honey, lemon, and light cider. Taste is dry, hoppy, melon, herbs, orange, and light mango. Such fine example of s light IPA, refreshing. Quaffable, and light on the pallate while remaining quite enjoyable. An IPA in loads like this will do. Can def tastevthe low key of the gravity but not like it really matters, this is grand.

Biscuit and caramel backbone with floral citrus presence. Golden amber with a frothy head. Bitter but balanced. Medium bodied with a clean bitter finish.

Several 12oz. bottles shared at Matt and Zach’s tasting. Pours clear gold with minimal white head. Aroma is huge of lemon and grapefruit zest. It’s a citrus bomb with some notes of pine. Really awesome smell. Taste is light pine and light citrus, a terrific balance. There’s barely any bitterness and the finish is lovely. Really, really nice.

Bottiglia 355ml ordinata su birraland e bevuta a casa. Ambata con schiuma non troppo persistente. Amara resinosa e secca, corpo leggero, beverina. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

February 2013 bottle to Dogfish Head IPA glass. Pours a bright golden color with a foamy white head that shrinks quickly. Aroma is a pleasant grass and piney hops with citrus notes. Taste is malt forward with the hops coming in the middle and finishing with a little grassy bitterness. The malt provides a slight sweetness that amplifies the hops , in a good way. Thin mouthfeel. Uncomplicated and pleasant, which I suppose is the point since its designed to be a session beer. It's a good introductory IPA for someone unsure of the style, as well as a good casual drinking beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden with a medium, white, frothy head and some lacing. Aroma is fruity with grassy hops. Flavor is sweet and citrus fruit with floral, grassy hops and a good hoppy finish. Medium body with medium carbonation with pretty nice balance. Really nice effort.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2013 Pours a light golden tan with a thin lasting head. Aroma is dominated by floral and citrus hops. Flavor is aggressively hoppy with little or no balance from the malts. It is a serious stretch to call this a session ale...unless you are a seasoned hop head.
