Bottle at home. Pungent aroma of juicy citrus fruits. Light bodied, aggressive carbonation. Bright stone fruit flavors dominate - peach and apricot. The hop profile is fruity, fresh, and expressive. Well attenuated, dry and thin finish. It struggles to stay together, due to the lack of malt. Really tasty for what it is.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass. A: Pours a moderately clear amber color. The head is about one finger high and white, with a somewhat rough-looking texture. It retains itself alright, though, and leaves some lacing on the side of the glass. S: I’ve noticed how I kind of like catty IPAs, and this one fits that mold. The hops also provide melon, mango, and herbal notes. There is a touch of sweetness, as well. T: The first sip strikes me weirdly with its finishing herbal hop tones. After another sip, it smooths out nicely. There are twinges of juicy tropical fruits on the front end; I wish this was more pronounced. Otherwise, it’s a simplistic, enjoyable small IPA. M: I look for these kind of beers to be crisp and light - and this fits that criteria well. I’d enjoy it more if some of the finishing astringency was cleaned up a touch, but this still has good drinkability. O: Good, not great. As much as I love trying these session IPAs, there’s only one so far I can say I loved (DayTime). Not to mention, session IPAs don’t make a huge amount of sense from a monetary standpoint. Having said that, between All Day and Centennial, I’d choose this one every single time.

Bottle from Matkroken Landås, Bergen. Pours a slightly hazy golden body with a medium, fast-disappearing white head. Nose is peaches, grapefruit, grass, herbs, melon and hints of bready malts and horseradish. Taste is melon, peaches, grassy herbs, mild pine and hints of grapefruit and citric peel. Light body, medium carbonation. Quite nice, and I suspect a fresher bottle would be even nicer.
