golden pour. Small white head. This beer is full of grassy, earthy hops and bread. Slight irony aftertaste. Bitter and dry and blah

Gold, clean color. Sharp, grassy/straw aroma. Hoppy, but smooth. Definitely can taste that it is a low ABV, but it is not watery. I wouldn’t choose over other IPAs, but I would definitely choose it over any other beer I have tried with an under 5.0 ABV.

Bottle shared by Drake at the Irish Chanukah tasting. Pours clear golden orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is fragrant floral and perfume hops, light biscuit malt and fruity esters. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness, light malt and esters with a dry finish. Light body, warmth, and medium carbonation.

Bottle. The pour was a cloudy light copper amber with a small (1 finger or less) white fizzy head that quickly diminished down to a very thin film and small collar with a minuet amount of spotty lacing. The aroma was right up front with a spruce hop, some grain malts and a strong bitter citrus note (lemon peel and orange peel). The taste was bitter from the word go with a nice strong hoppiness developing slowly and a harsh citrus peel note towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow with the strong hoppy taste left to linger for a while longer. Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a nice mild carbonation. Overall a very good IPA with a great hoppy finish along with low ABV, make this an awesome everyday brew...

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2013 bottle. pale malt body with a white head. bright dried fruit and resin hop nose, very much like citra and simcoe. a bit of cheese rind and BO must at play as well. the body is wonderfully dry, carbonation soft, hop acid tingly, zesty, fresh and vibrant. maybe a bit over-hopped for it’s size but that’s a minor complaint given how soft, floral, fruity and well-integrated the hops are with the pale malt. delicious beginning to end. Re-rate: husky, resinous, messy. Disappointing.

Golden color with a short lived white head. Light crisp manderin orange nose. This is a light bodied IPA, with dominant flavors of orange juice, tangerines, manderin oranges and some apricot jam. Very sessionable but a little thin for me.

Bottled. Poured clear, lighter golden with a short, white head. The aroma picked up grassy and citrusy hops over soft bready malts.. aiight. The flavor found bitter floral and orange zesty bitterness over dry pale and bready notes.. finished dry and tangy. Light-bodied and tangy on the palate. . Ok feel and flow.

Deep amber. Hoppy/malt smell. Well-balanced hops with malt and grain. Easy to drink. Floral, citrus, pine.

Light color with nice white head. Tons of citrus in the nose. Lots of citrus, fruits, and a few hops on the buds. Pretty light body. Overall not a bad beer to drink all day.
