Pours golden orange with a sudsy white head. Smells citrusy and floral. Taste is bitter, like a bitter orange peel, and hints of bread. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and normal mouth-carbonation, Founders All Day IPA finishes with a soft lingering bitter kiss.

A great beer. Somewhat mild and very much as sessionable as they had planned. Citrus and pine with a nice mouthfeel.

27.06.2013, tap @ Top Hops Beer Shop NY:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is lots of fresh hops, newly cut lawn, leafs, light malts and pine needles. Taste is fresh slightly grassy, lots of fresh hops, grass, hay, pine needles, leafs, light malts, hints of caramel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. This is a really nice one.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours golden apricot orange with a thin, white lacing. Smells like I’ve been rudely awoken by a bag of limes to the noggin in the middle of a pine forest at 6am, awesome. Smells like pine needles, early morning dew and fresh lime. Taste is light and very crisp, smooth citrus and a light piney aftertaste backed by a light toasted caramel malt. Great complementary bitterness makes the beer far too sessionable! Literally an ’All day’ IPA.

Excellent beer that makes you wonder why the other big breweries don’t make a low ABV IPA like this one. Truly lives up to it’s name.

Bottle ales by mail. Beautiful clean fresh pine and citrus aroma, easy on the palate with lemon sherbert soft bitterness and a fine dryness. Finish has leafy papery notes with more lemon late on. Pours a beautiful amber colour with a thin white head. Excellent.

Can. Really good beer. Poured hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, and pine. The flavor just dances around in mouth. Just a thinner body but thats understandable for a session. New fav.

Drinkability is through the roof on this one with only 4.7% abv. So much hop and citrus flavor crammed into this lighter brew. An all day drink favorite.

Looking to score a delicious IPA in the glass multiple times in the same sitting without filling up? This is the beer for you. Excellent flavor even if the texture is a little light for this hop head. Great beer going forward into the spring when the weight of IPA’s can lose its appeal. Especially when having with a meal. Had a 12 oz pint on tap in my shop in Wake Forest, NC.
