Bottle: This is labeled as All Day IPA. The aroma consists of lightly sweet citrus, grapefruit, and light grass. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a one finger white head that fades to a soapy film and leaves spotty lacing behind. The flavor starts with quick dose a citrus and a touch of mango. The finish has moderate grapefuit, lighter pine, and a touch of grass. Light-medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, a solid sessionable IPA.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2013 12oz Bottle. Thanks so much Sean! My first beer in two weeks, following a gluten-free experiment that only proved the fact that beer keeps me fat. Fresh, zesty citrus-forward aroma. Ah yes, this is great. Iím so glad Founderís pulled this off the way it should go and that they can make both this and something monstrous [insert your favorite Founderís booze and sugar bomb here] of the same quality, under the same roof. Most brewers wouldnít care to try. The hop action here is awesome. Prickly, alive, and reminding me what fresh green things, sunlight, warm breezes, and long days taste like. The body almost goes a little thin and astringent, but keeps it up, making this one of those beers that Iíd put on my desert island selection.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Appearance is a semi-hazy copper with a one finger width head of white foam. Alright head retention. Aroma is resiny and piney. Definitely a good bit of hop character in the aroma. Taste is not nearly as in your face as the aroma. The bitterness is very much subdued in this, making it an easy beer to drink. Mouthfeel is sticky and chewy. Iím glad this beer made it to Ohio. I could see drinking this one regularly.

12oz bottle, bottled on 2/2/2012. Clear yellow/orange color, one-finger off-white foamy head. Nice lace. Really nice hoppy nose. Great light bitter taste, carbonation is crisp and smooth, and on the lighter side, making this very drinkable. Such a good session ale. Perfect for itís purpose.

Bottle. Looks ok, Light color, a little watery as well. Very strong aroma of hops, citurs, mango, grapefruit, and definitely pine as well. Very pleasing. The taste does not live up to this. The taste has some of all of these flavors with an average hoppy bite, but overall tastes kind of watery. Altogether it is very good, but I would probably enjoy it more outside in 100 degree weather I believe.

Bottle. Smells like a double IPA but goes down like a light beer. Overall smells better than it tastes. Truly a sessionable IPA.

Loved the lower ABV here as I literally could drink this all day, every day! Bright 14 karat pour with a small ivory head that left some sticky lacing. Aroma was filled with grapefruit pith, orange peel, lemon zest, and freshly cut grass. Flavor is a bit more watered down and bitter without the accompanying malt backbone. Thin in the palate...wish there was a little chewiness. Still delicious and canít discount that this is highly drinkable and sessionable. Want more.

Very nice brew, pouring a clear deep yellow body with a decent head and lots of lace. The aroma is full of hops - pine resin, bitter grasses, and zest. The malt tasts grainy, clean, and supportive of the hop flavors and moderate business. the finish is dry and lightly bitter. I really like this beer. That said, itís about as much of an IPA as Three Floydsí Alpha King is an APA.
